Actor Neha Dhupia recently opened up about her weight loss journey after experiencing postpartum weight gain. She revealed that each pregnancy led to more weight gain than usual.

Dhupia shared that during her weight loss journey, she carefully monitored her eating habits and maintained a balanced exercise routine. She enjoys going for running and occasionally hits the gym.

She has cut out sugar, fried foods, and gluten from her diet. Neha opts for an early dinner with her kids and has breakfast with her husband at 11 am, which effectively results in intermittent fasting.

Tips that help in postpartum weight loss

Healthy Diet: Focus on balanced meals rich in nutrients. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support metabolism.

Breastfeeding: If possible, breastfeeding can help burn extra calories and aid in weight loss.
Exercise Regularly:
Incorporate a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Start with gentle workouts and gradually increase intensity.

Get Enough Sleep: Aim for sufficient rest, as sleep deprivation can affect weight loss efforts and overall health.

Manage Stress: Practice stress-reducing techniques like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises.
