Do you know your bag should not weigh more than 10 per cent of your body weight and should never be carried on one side?

Yoga expert, Juhi Kapoor recently shared a post on Instagram where she explained how carrying a bulky handbag on one shoulder may cause postural problems such as neck, shoulder and even upper back pain.

In her video, she advised holding the bag over the forearm or in your hands. The expert also recommended limiting the weight of the bag and using a cross-body bag or a bag with a wider strap to distribute the weight evenly.
