Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have been in the news cycle for a while now. Both the actors are fitness enthusiasts and are frequent gym goers. Anushka makes sure to never miss out on a workout session and practices a mix of pilates, yoga and weight training. The 35-year old also maintains a proper diet filled with lean proteins and fibres. Anushka Sharma, even during her first pregnancy, made sure to never miss out on a yoga session. She had shared pictures from her first pregnancy, where Virat helped her with the sessions. She shared the picture and wrote, "As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant( after a certain stage)barring twists & extreme forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support."

Her workout routine includes a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. The diva also believes in going for cycling, hiking and swimming.

What does Anushka eat in a day?

Anushka makes sure to have a combination of proteins and fibers. She believes in having small meals throughout the day. For breakfast, Anushka eats cut fruits, chia seeds, or fresh fruit juices. Later in the day, the mom of one eats toast with cheese and coconut water. For lunch, the diva has two chapattis, dal (cereals), vegetables and salad. She finishes her night with a glass of milk at bedtime.

She also does not believe in having processed foods like sugary jams, junk food and oily dishes.
