Conducted by an American firm ResumeBuilder, a recent survey has revealed that Gen Z is the hardest generation to work with as compared to other generations.
The survey included 1344 people as the sample size. During the research, managerial positions were asked about their experience of working with those born in 1997 or later.
The findings suggested that 49 per cent of the employers stated it was difficult to work with Gen Z. Meanwhile, a whopping 79 per cent dubbed them as the most difficult generation to have at workplaces.
