Ingredients for making rajma kebab

1 cup boiled kidney beans (rajma)

1 boiled beetroot

½ cup grated cheese

1 teaspoon grated ginger

2 chopped green chillies

salt as per taste

½ tsp garam masala

Spice

2 spoon gram flour

Cashew

2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe for rajma kebab

To make this rajma kebab, take one cup boiled rajma and 1 boiled beetroot and blend them together. Now add grated cheese, ginger, green chilli, salt, garam masala, chaat masala and gram flour and mix well. Now make kebabs out of the mix and place cashew nuts on top. Add olive oil to the pan and fry the kebabs lightly until they turn golden brown. Eat them with home made chutney and enjoy
