Are you a cheese lover? Then let us tell you that Swiss cheese, Le Gruyère has recently won the best cheese title at the World Cheese Awards.
The World Cheese Awards is a global event organised by the Guild of Fine Food which was held in Wales this year on November 2. Cheesemakers, retailers, buyers, and food critics from across the world were part of the jury that judged over 4,000 kinds of cheese.
The cheeses were judged according to their colour, texture, consistency and most importantly their taste.
