The list for the best 50 bars of Asia for the year 2022 is out! At the very top, is Hong Kong’s Coa and accompanying it at the top of the rankings are India-based bars such as Tesouro. Other India-based bars that made it to this list include. Sidecar, Hoots, Home and Copitas.  

This ranking is a result on the votes by over 220 Asia-based bar owners, bartenders, cocktail aficionados and drinks writers. Check out what makes these 5 Indian bars featured in this list, so special.

Tesouro By Firefly, Goa (Rank: 4) 

This place is located in South Goa and has the cowboy saloon vibes. Go to this place if you want to take a trip down the memory lane and soak in the old school vibes. The most famous drinks at this place include Salty Bae, a blend of buttered miso bourbon and peated islay malt as well as Slip Me A Stranger, a combination of gin, fennel, and citrus. 

Sidecar, Delhi (Rank: 14) 
 
This bar boasts of a unique cocktail, called ‘Sidecar’ that is made by mixing gin and whiskey and has six variations. They are known for their in-house extractions and infusions.  

Hoots, Delhi (Rank: 26) 
 
The most famous drinks of this bar include their quirky scotch creations. They prepare fun drinks with offbeat ingredients such as miso, caramelised yoghurt and coriander saccharum. 

Home, Delhi (Rank: 30) 
 
This cocktail bar boasts of a unique menu that is inspired by the solar system. Their clientele includes people from diverse backgrounds such as artists, innovators and entrepreneurs.

Located in Four Seasons, Bangalore, this bar is known for their signature drinks such as gin and tonic spinoffs and Regarlo and Ibiza.
