Want your kids to eat more vegetables? Try this hack. 

A recent survey conducted by OnePoll has revealed that parents who consume vegetables themselves help their children form the same habit. 

Researchers found that 53% of children aged 6 or below try to mimic their parents at the dinner table, hence, end up consuming veggies. 

78% of the parents also believe that their children learn table manners by imitating them.
