Here is the recipe.

Make no-bake mango cheesecake at home

For the base you need, 20-25 digestive biscuit, 3/4 cup butter, melted (175grams). For the cheesecake batter you will need 1+ 1/2 cup cream cheese(345grams), 1 cup mango puree, 1+ 1/2 cup whipped cream, and Mango jelly for topping.

To make this recipe, grind some biscuits into fine crumbs. Pour melted butter and mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 1500ml dish or a 7inch springform pan. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

To prepare the mixture, whisk together softened cream cheese, mango puree and whipped cream until it’s smooth and creamy. Pour this over the set biscuit and refrigerate for 7-8 hours until firm.

Make some mango jelly, pour on the set cheesecake and let it set. Enjoy it chilled.
