How to make kulfi bites at home

To make this dish you need, 2 cups milk, 14 dates, deseeded and soaked, 1/4 cup cashews, soaked, 1 cup mango chunks, chopped pistachios and saffron strands for garnishishing.

To make delicious kulfi bites, add milk, soaked dates and cashews in a pan and cook on medium heat. Make sure your milk comes to a boil and cashews become soft and mushy. Blend them in a jar with mango cubes until smooth. Pour them into a silicon ice tray, cover with foil and insert sticks in the middle. Refrigerate this for 5-6 hours before enjoying your delicious mango bites.
