Mushrooms contain a lot of water which spoils them faster. Use this easy trick shared by Chef Pankaj Bhadouria to increase their shelf life. 

To store mushrooms, take an air-tight container and put tissue paper inside it. Now, place mushrooms in it and cover them completely with tissue paper. Now, put a lid on the container and store it in the fridge. This trick will help you store the mushrooms for a week.
