• 2 tbsp desi ghee
• 25 gram cashew nuts
• 25 gram almond
• 25 gram raisins
• 100 gram sewai
• 600 ml milk
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 5 green cardamom
• 3-4 saffron strings

Step 1: In a pan, roast sewai in desi ghee and keep aside
Step 2 : Boil milk in a pan and add sugar along with saffron strings and green cardamoms
Step 3 : Add the fried sewai into the milk pan. Decorate it with chopped nuts and serve cold or hot!
