Social media is filled with bizarre dishes and food combinations. And, now a pebble dish from China has managed to garner all the attention from internet users.
The video which is doing rounds on the internet shows a vendor in the central Chinese province of Hunan stir-frying pebbles with garlic, chilli, purple perilla and rosemary.
The vendor has said that this dish costs 16 yuan (just Rs. 183) and they are not meant to be eaten. All you need to do is suck them and once done, either you can throw the pebbles or take them home and and cook them again with whatever ingredients you like.
The food stall owner also said that these pebbles can be passed on to three generations. He said, " You may be gone but the pebbles will still be there."
This is not the first time when such bizarre dishes have caught the attention of people. Earlier, videos of Strawberry Samosa, ice-cream dosa, fruit chai, and chole bhature ice cream, among others have gone viral on the internet.
