Do you feel hungry at work a few hours after lunch but do not want to indulge in something high-calorie? For evening hunger pangs, make sure to eat something healthy and light, like this chia seed-yogurt pudding that is delicious and super-good for your gut. It is also great for those looking to lose weight.

How to make chia seed-yogurt pudding?

Ingredients

100gm greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds soaked for 4-8 hrs in 1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup each of grated beetroot, carrot and pomegranate
1/2 green chilli, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves

For tadka-
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
4-5 (7g) cashews split into halves
7-8 curry leaves

How to make

To make this delicious snack, soak some chia seeds and keep them aside. Once it is ready add some greek yogurt, grated beetroot, carrot and green chillies, salt and pomegranate.

For the tadka, roast some mustard seeds & cashews for 1/2 a minute and then urad dal and curry leaves until golden.

Mix all the ingredients well, refrigerate and enjoy!
