Fashion icon Alexander McQueen sparked a social media buzz earlier this week with the release of 'hoof boots' in their Autumn/Winter 2024 collection.
Priced at around Rs 2.5 lakh, the boots have divided opinions online. Some praise the design as iconic, while others dismiss it as a pointless creation.
The hoof boots are priced at Rs 2,50,158 on their website, featuring a horseshoe detail and nail studs.
The product description reads: "Margarita brown calf hair boot with a hoof-inspired round toe, horseshoe sole silhouette, and silver-finished nail studs, completed with a back zip closure."
There are extreme opinions regarding the ‘hoof boots’ in the comments section of Alexander McQueen's post. Several users were absolutely against the design and responded in one word: "No". Some others, on the other hand, found it “spectacular” and also described the hoof boots as “awesome”.
