Gen Zers surely know how to prioritize their mental health and balance work and personal life. 

If you are on social media, then you must've come across videos of the younger generation asking people to act their wage which means they should work according to their wage or salary. 

It is termed as 'Bare minimum Mondays' by Marisa Jo Mayes, who shared a video on TikTok, explaining that people should go ahead with a burnout prevention strategy on Mondays. 

They should do the least amount of work possible to get through Mondays.
