For the first time since Kobe Bryant's fifth and final title a decade ago, the Los Angeles Lakers are NBA champions once again. LeBron James had 28 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists as the Lakers beat the Miami Heat 106-93 on Sunday night to win the NBA Finals in six games. Their 17th NBA title tied Lakers with the Boston Celtics for most NBA championships. The NBA season had resumed behind closed doors in Florida in July after 4-month forced break due to Covid-19. The memorable win gave fans a big reason to celebrate as they crowded into the streets outside the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
