Kpop super group BTS has snagged 2 awards at the MTV Video Music Awards Japan!

On Friday, the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards Japan officially announced that BTS had won both the award for Best Group Video and the award for Best Collaboration Video in the international category this year.

BTS won the Best Group Video for their smash summer hit “Butter,” while “My Universe”, their chart-topping joint single with Coldplay won them the Best Collaboration Video award. 

BTS previously won the Best Group Video International award at the MTV Music Video Awards Japan in 2020 for “Dynamite" and in 2018 for “Fake Love“.

The group also won the Best Buzz Award in 2019, making this their fourth consecutive year claiming a prize at the awards and their first time winning more than one award at the ceremony.
