Like every season when they've won a title, Mumbai Indians lost their opening game of IPL but the defending champions will now be focused to return to winning ways. Opener and wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock is expected to return for Mumbai which will provide a slightly more stable Playing XI. A loss in the first game hasn't affected Rohit Sharma who will also be looking to score some big runs for his team. The Kolkata Knight Riders on the other hand finished with a win in their opening game but that wasn't convincing enough by any standards. The middle-order looked brittle in the first game and along with Andre Russell's form, the Knight Riders are yet to fire all cylinders so far. With Mumbai being their Achilles' heel, KKR will be hoping to improve their head to head record as they have won only 6 games from 27 outings.
