Jofra Archer ruled out of Test series vs New Zealand

Injuries seem never ending for Jofra Archer as the fast bowler has been ruled out of England's 2-match Test series vs New Zealand due to an elbow injury.

Archer was on the path to recovery and was picked in Sessex's squad for their county match vs Essex but complaint of pain inn his right elbow and could bowl only 5 overs.

Archer was returning to competitive cricket after missing out the IPL due to a finger injury. He underwent surgery on his right hand following a freak accident at his home in January. a glass fragment from a tendon on his right hand was removed after an attempt to clean his fish tank went wrong at home.
