Jodhpur gets its first restaurant run totally by specially-abled staff. The employees at 'The Daily Grinds' manage cooking and accounting and also take orders. To place an order, the customer has to point out a dish on the menu and the waiter makes a note of it.The restaurant brings new cuisines and dishes every 15 days. The owner, Diwakar Arora took the initiative to provide opportunities to those who often face discrimination due to disability.
