Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will fly to the United Arab Emirates on Thursday on a historic trip meant to cement new diplomatic ties between the Mideast nations. Israeli media said he would be meeting Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Zayd Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi before returning to Israel. Last August, the UAE became the third Arab nation after Egypt and Jordan to establish formal diplomatic ties with Israel in a deal brokered by former US president Donald Trump. Netanyahu's visit comes after both countries have exchanged ambassadors and set up embassies.
