Is this new airport the largest in the world?

Istanbul's new $11.7 billion airport opened on Monday and it aims to be the largest airport in the world. Istanbul Airport, built on a 76.5 million square meters area, is opening in phases and will perhaps be fully functional in January, 2019. It uses artificial intelligence for customers and will be able to handle almost 90 million passengers a year. It will house the world's largest duty-free shopping complex.
