With his short stint at IPL 2021 over and Ben Stokes will now fly back home on Saturday according to ESPNCricinfo. Stokes who fractured his finger while playing for the Rajasthan Royals will undergo surgery and is going to be out of action for 12 weeks. X-rays and CT Scan done in Mumbai where the Royals are currently playing their league games had revealed a fracture in his left index finger. The surgery is planned for Monday next week in Leeds and the total period of rehabilitation is estimated to be 12 weeks according to the English Cricket Board.
