India's 5th Test vs England in Manchester which was postponed after Indian coaching staff tested positive for Covid-19, has been rescheduled and will now take place from July 1, 2022.

Given the rescheduling of the fifth Test, India's limited overs series vs England in July 2022 will now start six days later than originally planned. The England and Wales Cricket Board announced that they have come to an agreement with the BCCI and the rescheduled Test will be followed by a 3-match T20I and ODI series.

India led the 5-match Test series 2-1 as it marked the opening of the second World Test Championship cycle in August.
