The case of Anjali Singh's death, in which she was killed after allegedly being dragged under a car, has grown murkier with the list of suspects growing longer.

Delhi Police on 5 January 2023 said that two men, apart from the 5 occupants of the car, are facing arrest. The two other men allegedly tried to tamper the evidence, misinform the police, and help the main accused.
