Owner of the car Phaneesh Nagaraja said Velomobile is operated manually like bicycle, without any power assistance.
A user who shared Velomobile's video claimed that the vehicle has been imported from Netherlands.
The appearance of the vehicle intrigued many netizens who expressed their wish to ride it, while several raised concerns over vehicle's durability.
