Byju's is back in news after parents channel loan recovery agents to deal with the delay in refunds by the ed-tech company. A video doing rounds on the internet shows a family removing a television set from the Byju's office, saying "take it back when you initiate the refunds".

According to the viral social media post, the parents had initiated a refund request for an unused tablet and learning programme. After weeks of dealing with the delays, and attempts to sort out hurdles, they took matters into their own hands.

The parents stormed into the Byju's office, uninstalled a TV, and told the staff they'd return it once they get their refund.

Internet users reacted to the viral post, calling it a 'tit for tat' move. Others said jokingly that the parents forgot the set top box and remote.
