Kicking-off BJP's election campaign in hill state Uttarakhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the crowd in Rudrapur disctrict.  He promised that free electricity in the state will be given if the BJP wins in the Lok Sabha election. Voting for five seats in Uttarakhand will be held in the first phase on April 19.
