An elderly man believed to be from the Sikh community with a knife placed inside a sheath turned up at a counting centre in Kanyakumari district, PTI news agency reported. The Tamil Nadu Police have started questioning him. According to local media reports, he is a candidate from a fringe outfit in Kanyakumari.
