UP minister Yogendra Upadhyay has come under heavy criticism for trying to get a photograph clicked with the grieving mother of an Army officer who died in an encounter in J&K's Rajouri.
The minister reached the house of Captain Shubham Gupta in Agra and tried to give his mother a compensation cheque. A video from his visit shows the crying mother refusing the cheque and asking the minister to stop such a display. The minister still goes on to hold the cheque for the camera.
