People across India are performing special prayers for the successful landing of the Chandrayaan-3 mission which is scheduled to make a soft landing on the moon’s surface on August 23. A special Ganga Aarti was held with tricolours in hands in Rishikesh ahead of the landing of Chandrayaan-3. A special pooja was also performed in Dehradun at the Madadev temple. Visuals released by ANI on Tuesday show students at the Islamic Center mosque in Lucknow reciting a special prayer for the success of India’s highly anticipated mission.
