Rajasthan sports minister Ashok Chandna's comment after Chandrayaan-3 successfully landed on the Moon has left people befuddled. Reacting to the historic moment, Chandna said that he salutes the passengers who went on the Chandrayaan-3 mission.
However, Chandrayaan-3 is not a manned mission, which means the spacecraft did not have any humans aboard.
