The first visuals of the idol of Ram Lalla emerged after the consecration ritual in the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi stood before the idol, praying to the Lord. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat stood beside him.
The prime minister led the rituals before taking ‘sankalp’ for the consecration ceremony.
Before the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony, Ram Lalla idol was bathed with water brought in 114 kalash from pilgrimage sites.
After the ceremony, Modi will address a gathering.
He is also scheduled to visit the Kuber Tila. He will also interact with workers associated with the construction of the temple.
