New Delhi, July 25: In a tragic incident on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences over the loss of lives in the collapse of a school building in Rajasthan. The heart-wrenching mishap occurred in the Jhalawar district, where a section of a government school building gave way, resulting in the deaths of four children and injuries to 17 others.

Taking to social media platform X, Prime Minister Modi conveyed his deep sorrow, stating, “The mishap at a school in Jhalawar, Rajasthan, is tragic and deeply saddening. My thoughts are with the affected students and their families in this difficult hour.”

He further added, “Praying for the speedy recovery of the injured. Authorities are providing all possible assistance to those affected.” The central and state authorities are reportedly making every effort to support those impacted by the disaster.
