Months before Rajasthan goes to elections, the BJP has excluded former CM Vasundhara Raje from two crucial election panels.

Raje's name is neither in the manifesto committee nor the election management panel.

The BJP is reportedly facing a problem of plenty in Rajasthan, with several leaders vying for the top spot.

Other CM aspirants like Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Leader of Opposition in Assembly Rajendra Rathore, and former state chief Satish Poonia are also missing from the committee list.

When asked about Raje’s exclusion, BJP leader Arun Singh said, “She also has a role, you don’t have to worry. She is the party’s national vice president, two-term chief minister, and has a big role."

Singh added that Raje will be deeply involved in the election campaign.
