Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann unveiled a new website, nri.punjab.gov.in, dedicated to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), in Ludhiana on December 29.

The innovative platform, developed collaboratively by the Governance Reforms department and the National Informatics Centre (NIC), aims to address issues faced by the NRI community and maintain their connection with their roots.

The website provides comprehensive information on the NRI Police wing, Punjab State Commission for NRIs, and NRI Sabha. Mann emphasised that the  site aims at ensuring NRIs' well-being and facilitating their engagement with Punjab's developmental journey.
