Dramatic scenes were witnessed in Hyderabad, Telangana as Bajrang Dal workers were detained by police during a protest on May 3, 2023.
With chants of 'Jai Shri Ram', Bajrang Dal members protested against the Congress party's election promise in Karnataka.
A day earlier, the Congress compared the Bajrang Dal to banned outfit Popular Front of India, and said that organisations which spread hatred would be proscribed in Karnataka if the party wins the upcoming election.
