Congress leader Rahul Gandhi mentioned Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as he attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a roadshow in Prayagraj.

While addressing the crowd during his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited Bollywood stars to the Ram temple consecration ceremony but did not call people who truly run the country.

'Did you see the Ram temple event? Did you see any OBC or Dalit or Adivasi faces? It was attended by Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Bachchan, and PM Narendra Modi but there was no one from the community that represents 33% of India's population. What kind of Hindu Rashtra is this?' he said.

Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra reached Prayagraj on Sunday.

Rahul Gandhi, UP Congress president Ajay Rai and other party leaders were seen moving in an open jeep during the yatra.

Senior party leader Pramod Tiwari said that Gandhi reached Swaraj Bhavan straight from the airport, where he met the party workers and started his yatra.
