After Rahul Gandhi's conviction and disqualification in a defamation case over his remarks about the 'Modi surname', a old tweet by former Congress, now BJP leader Khushbu Sundar has gone viral on social media.

In the tweet dated 15 February 2018, Khushbu had said that 'Modi surname should be redefined as corruption'.

Several Congress social media accounts shared the screenshot of the tweet after Rahul's conviction and questioned whether the BJP will file a case against their own party member.

Khushbu Sundar meanwhile has hit back at the Congress saying that 'raking up an old tweet of her shows the party's desperation'.
