Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi and his Council of Ministers took oath of office at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday.
The ceremony was attended by a host of VIPs, including politicians, businessmen, celebrities and leaders of the neighbouring countries.
Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud arrived at the event with his wife.
Business tycoons Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani were among the attendees. Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar and Vikrant Massey were among the Bollywood celebrities attending the event.
