The ED raids have come in the aftermath of toppling of Uddhav Thackeray-led coalition government as a result of rebellion by Eknath Shinde, another Shiv Sena leader. Currently, Shinde-led Sena camp is ruling the state with the support of BJP, whose Devendra Fadnavis is the Deputy CM.
