A day after punches and kicks were thrown at a session of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), a war of words continued between the Aam Aadmi Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
In a meme attack, the BJP tweeted a movie poster-style image with photographs of AAP leader Atishi and Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi.
It was titled 'Khalnayika' or villain, and the tagline read "the most shocking drama of 2023". BJP's caption on the image said, "The villain responsible for violence and tyranny in the House."
Earlier, BJP leaders had tweeted videos accusing AAP councillors of violently attacking BJP counterparts after receiving instructions from party leader Atishi.
