Jammu twin blasts: man recounts the moment of 1st explosion and chaos

Six persons were injured in two explosions in Jammu on Saturday, a senior police officer said.

The blasts occurred in the Narwal area of Jammu City, Additional Director General of Police (Jammu) Mukesh Singh said.

"The whole area has been cordoned off and the injured evacuated to hospital," another police official said. 

Uttam Singh, a tea seller in Narwal area was at his stall when he heard the explosion. Singh told news Agency ANI, that he assumed a tyre had exploded after hearing the first explosion. However, soon he realised that it wasn't a tyre as he along with others could see huge plumes of smoke billowing from the site. 

Within seconds, the second one went off.
