As Congress leader Rahul Gandhi undertakes his 150-day, 3,570-km march from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, his sleeping arrangements have caught the attention of netizens.
While it was known that Gandhi and the other participants of the Bharat Jodo Yatra would be sleeping in containers after walking during the day, videos doing the rounds on social media have renewed people's interest on social media.
According to news reports, different containers have different facilities available. Some of the containers are air-conditioned.
The containers are parked in colour-coded zones depending on the number of beds they house, as per an Indian Express report. Containers in the yellow zone have a bed, a couch, and an attached bathroom. Rahul Gandhi is reportedly staying in one of these.
Then the blue zone has containers with two beds and a washroom attached. Red and orange zone containers have 4 beds each, but no washroom. Women participants are being housed in the pink zone with 4 beds and an attached bathroom in each container. Some containers are common toilets.
