Content creator Ranveer Allahbadia made a candid pitch to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday and said he wanted them to shoot a podcast together. PM Modi was felicitating winners at the National Creators Awards, where Allahbadia was named Disruptor of the Year.

“I am in the mood to shoot a podcast with you sir,” Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, told the PM. Laughing it off, Modi said that “many people are in the mood to do many things.”

Allahbadia has previously shot a podcast with politicians from PM Modi's cabinet. These include S Jaishakar, Smriti Irani, Piyush Goyal and Nitin Gadkari.

The friendly banter between the two soon turned into a brief discussion about health and fitness in India. Formerly a fitness influencer, Allahbadia was asked to share a few tips on how to keep healthy. He suggested that people should adopt yoga and meditation.

“People may say now that he's saying what Modi says, he belongs to BJP now,” PM Modi said as the crowd chuckled.

PM Modi also presented the Heritage Fashion Icon Award to Jahnvi Singh and the Best Creator in Food Category Award to Kabita Singh at the Bharat Mandapam.

Among those awarded were Pankhti Pandey (Green Champion), Keerthika Govindasamy (Best Story Teller), singer Maithili Thakur (Cultural Ambassador of the Year), Gaurav Chaudhary (Best Creator in Tech Category), Ankit Baiyanpuria (Best Health and Fitness Creator), Naman Deshmukh (Best Creator in Education Category) and Kamiya Jani (Favorite Travel Creator).

The Prime Minister presented the Most Creative Creator-Female award to Shraddha Jain and Most Creative Creator-Male to RJ Raunac.
