4-time Congress MP Suresh Pachouri joins BJP ahead of Lok Sabha polls

Senior Congress leader and former Union minister Suresh Pachouri and former MP Gajendra Singh Rajukhedi joined the BJP in Bhopal on 9th March.

Pachouri, who was close to the Gandhi family, was Union minister of state for defence and also served as a four-time Rajya Sabha member of the grand old party.

Rajukhedi, a prominent tribal leader, was elected as an MP from Dhar seat on the Congress ticket for three terms.

The two leaders reached the BJP office in Bhopal where they met Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and senior leader Kailash Vijayvargiya.
