PM Modi praises northeastern band 'Octave', here's why

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the northeastern states of Meghalaya and Tripura on Sunday. While projects worth ₹6,800 crore were inaugurated PM Modi also soaked in the culture of northeast.

PM Modi shared a clip of a performance by a northeastern band - Octave on his Youtube channel as they sang 'Vande Matram'. The video was titled a beautiful rendition of Vande Mataram. 

Besides, several BJP leaders took to social media and shared the video of the performance apart from PM Modi.
