On Tuesday, Mumbai Metro services faced a technical glitch and due to that, the operations between Dahisar and Kandivali West stations were disrupted. Amid that, a video went viral in which passengers were seen walking on the metro tracks.

A social media user shared a video of it on X with a caption that read, "Probably the first incident where Mumbai Metro got stuck in between and commuter came out on the track near Eksar road station. #mumbaimetro @MumbaiMetro01 please clarify whether Metro is working properly or not so we can plan our day accordingly."

Mumbai metro reacted to the tweet by saying that the technical fault on that line has been resolved and services are normalized.
