Parliament security breach: UAPA case filed by Delhi police special cell, probe on

A case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act or UAPA has been filed against those involved in the Parliament security breach on December 13.

Five people have been nabbed in connection with the incident so far, while search is on for a sixth accused.

The two men who entered the Parliament had got passes on BJP MP Prathap Simha's authorisation. The accused persons are said to have been residing in Gurugram, where they hatched the plan.

Meanwhile, the security at the Parliament premises has been enhanced.
